Carina worked with us to develop a sophisticated menu for our Customer Appreciation Cruise, one that met with rave reviews from our clients. She created wonderful dishes for our 70 guests, and she put the meal together in record time. In my 32 years at South Lake Tahoe, Carina's Catering is the most professional and delicious service I have ever used. When dealing with extremely high end customers such as ours, quality and sophistication are necessities, and Carina really came through for us.
